Who we are

We make ice cream in Gatineau, with local milk.

Rebelle was born at Laiterie de l'Outaouais. The initial idea was simple: stop making decent ice cream and start making ice cream we could be proud of.

That means real Canadian milk, flavors that we taste at the counter before putting them in jars, and a pretty clear refusal to cut corners. It also means owning a name, a tub that stands out, and colors that don't try to blend in with the frozen food aisle.
