Vanilla
Crispy apples stuffed with ice cream
Vanilla in a warm apple with caramel and granola. The perfect hot-cold contrast.
La marche à suivre
Prepare the apples
Cut the tops off the apples and carefully hollow out the core without piercing the bottom.
Cook
Fill the apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
Add topping
Top each apple with granola and toasted pecans.
Add ice cream
Place a generous scoop of Rebel Vanilla ice cream in each still-warm apple.
Finish
Drizzle with salted caramel and serve immediately.
L'astuce Rebelle
Cook the apples until tender, but still holding their shape. The contrast between the warm apple and the cold ice cream is what makes this dessert irresistible.
