How to make it

Prepare the apples

Cut the tops off the apples and carefully hollow out the core without piercing the bottom.

Cook

Fill the apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.

Add topping

Top each apple with granola and toasted pecans.

Add ice cream

Place a generous scoop of Rebel Vanilla ice cream in each still-warm apple.

Finish

Drizzle with salted caramel and serve immediately.
