The Funkky Graveyard
Funkky, chocolate cookies and monster candies: a little frozen graveyard that's as fun to build as it is to devour!
How to make it
Make the dirt
Crush the Oreos until they look like soil.
Make the tombstones
Decorate the rectangular cookies with black icing, drawing crosses or the letters RIP.
Fill the cups
Place a generous scoop of Funkky ice cream in six small clear cups.
Build the graveyard
Partly cover the ice cream with Oreo crumbs, then stand a tombstone in each cup.
Add the monsters
Arrange the gummy worms, candy eyes and sprinkles to create a fun scene.
Serve
Serve right away, before the ice cream starts to melt.
The Rebelle tip
Make the tombstones ahead of time. Let the kids decorate their own graveyard, then add the ice cream at the very last minute.
